We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery, with no restocking fees.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
• All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
When We Cover Return Shipping
We will cover return shipping if you received the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return:
1. Submit a return request via our Return Request Form.
2. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using the provided label.
4. After inspection, your refund will be processed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Refunds may be denied if returned items are used, damaged, missing components, or not in original condition.
If you have not received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company.
3. Contact your bank.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including clearance items, perishable goods, or custom/personalized products.
All returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund.
Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers who demonstrate patterns of excessive or abusive return behavior.
